My SMARTBRO Connection Problem

I was a subscriber of SMARTBRO since this April 13, 2009 only. After three weeks of subscription, I already experienced several problems and disappointments with regards to their connection. It looks like equivalent to the problem experienced by one year plus subscriber.

The story goes like this….

Last May 6, 2009 afternoon, I lose my connection after heavy rain. The message on my LAN appears ” Limited Connectivity or No Connection”. I call up their Customer Representative at *1888 on my cellphone to report that said problem. But before I call them up, I make sure that I’ve done basic troubleshooting to ensure that my PC has no problem.

The scenario is like this. The Customer Representative will get your reference number and they will check your connection for about two minutes. After they confirmed you have a connection problem in their bay station ( whatever it is), they will coordinate it with their so called Higher Support Team to address the said problem. After that, the Customer Representative will get your contact number to let you know the status of your connection within 24 hours ( through text or call) as confirmation.

I’ve waited for 24 hours but I haven’t received text or call from them. I tried to check my connection but still the problem exist. I try to call again their customer representative to address the problem again they advised me to wait again within 24 hours to observed my connection.
