A Typical Role of a Good Supervisor

Does anyone of you could tell me the exact qualification of a good Supervisor? What are their typical role in the company? How importance a Good Supervisor is? This blog is seriously long. I wrote this blog because I heard that some of my colleagues or co – supervisors are complaining about that they are somewhat taken for granted by some of our so called “Managers”.

I think its a little bit awkward to talk about my pets at home. My pets are my friends that cherish me whenever I’m alone or lonely. I have two pets at home. The first one is my dog and the other one was a love bird.

But before anything else, let’s talk about first my pet dog named Jordan. You may see his beautiful snapshot below:

My pet Jordan is one of the naughtiest at home. He was borned on November 10, 2000. He is my nine years old pet. We named him Jordan because we just feel good about it… hehehe.
